Cara Reilly has a passion for working with people in the area of sport and health. From a young age Cara has been involved in many different disciples within sports and health, she recognises the importance for mobility, flexibility and strength for people of different ages and abilities. She first studied Anatomy and Physiology to understand more about the human body and furthered her studies to become a Pilates Instructor.
As a Pilates Instructor Cara likes to ensure everyone is gaining something from the class and she likes to keep her classes small, giving a more personal touch throughout the class.

I am an experienced and trained Yoga Teacher with qualifications in Hatha yoga, prenatal & postnatal yoga, Yoga for Children & Teens and Chair yoga. I also hold a certificate in meditation.
I am passionate about working with women, particularly in their motherhood journey. I believe every woman should feel empowered and supported. I help women to feel confident and happy about themselves, from labour and throughout the early days with a baby.

As an advocate for essential oils, I promote and educate on their use through research and personal experience. I use essential oils during yoga classes to create a relaxed atmosphere.
I am a Level II Reiki Practitioner. I use Reiki with one to one clients, as well as using techniques such as Reiki touch within yoga classes to better help my clients.

Eleanor Moran is a Hatha, Raja and Kids Yoga teacher. She did her first yoga teacher training in 2000 and again in 2015 in the IHAM . She is doing further teacher training in Germany this year to become a Heart of Yoga teacher. She teaches what she calls Natural Yoga as she believes yoga is an expression of the natural movement and posture of the body. In her classes her primary focus is on the breath and bringing students to a relaxed state which she believes is their natural state.

Elizabeth Hanney from Mindful Yoga.
With an early background in sport and self-development, Elizabeth went on to further her education with studies in counselling (NUIM) and psychology (DCU). She then completed a comprehensive two year Yoga Teacher Training Course with Yoga Therapy Ireland. Further qualifications followed in Yin Yoga and Cancer Conscious Yoga training. She is committed to continuing her professional and personal development by attending regular seminars and workshops while acknowledging the daily practice of mindful yoga and meditation as her "greatest teacher".
Elizabeth’s teaching style is relaxed and friendly as she guides her students in mind and body self awareness. By integrating the natural breath with the mindful flow of movement her classes are designed to relax and stretch the body while calming the mind. She sees this mindful practice as a practical tool for everyday living and accessible to all. Elizabeth incorporates a variety of styles from the gentle to the more energetic, including Hatha, Vinyasana, Yin and Restorative yoga.

Fiona played golf and handball at an international level and has always a keen interest in training and body mechanics. While recovering from a back injury, she developed systems and programmes to help individuals rehab from injury and reduce the risk of reoccurrence. Pilates was a huge benefit to her personally. She qualified as a Pilates Instructor in 2002 with the National Training Centre, Dublin and Future Fit, England having already trained as a Sports Therapist and Fitness Trainer.
More recently, after having three children, she graduated from Burrell Education with Post-Natal Assessment, Core Restore and Exercise Programming to help new and not so new mothers to overcome issues brought on by pregnancy and birth.
She enjoys learning new methods of training and getting people involved in movement and exercise is a real source of motivation for her.
Fiona’s areas of expertise include Pilates, Post-Natal Conditioning, Injury Rehabilitation and Sport-Specific Training.
